LOTTERY RULES
- By placing a Lottery bet, you are betting with Betphoenix Lottery (not with the respective Lotteries). Winnings from your Lottery bets will be paid by Betphoenix Lottery.
- Our website provides online 3 balls and 4 balls lottery tickets using California, New York and Texas lottery draws. We do not intent to sell or resell California, New York or Texas lottery tickets online.
- All Lottery bets are based on the numbers that are drawn from the respective Lotteries (California, New York, and Texas lotteries).
- To purchase lottery tickets online, you may select your numbers by using our Number Selection Panel, or you can use Quick Select to fill out random-selected numbers.
- Acceptance: All lottery bets for a specific draw must be placed and confirmed up to one hour (60 minutes) prior to the draw being made. If, for any reason, a bet is placed after the first number is drawn, the bet will be void and the stakes returned, regardless of whether the bet would have won or lost.
- Choosing Which Draw: Where a draw has not been chosen bets will be settled on the first main draw to take place.
- All bets are valid for the draw that is the bet is placed. The bet can be viewed immediately after placing your Lottery bet in 'Pending' section.
- All Daily 3 and Daily 4 tickets are final once the ticket is submitted and there are no refunds.
- Wild Ball “X” By selecting X ball, you will be purchasing all tickets with the value of that ball from 0 to 9. For example, if you buy X88 for $1 you will get 088, 188, 288, 388, 488, 588, 688, 788, 888, and 988 all Ten tickets for a total of $10.
- California Daily 3 draws take place twice a day, midday at 1 p.m. and evening at 6:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- California Daily 4 draw takes place every day, in the evening at 6:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- New York Daily 3 and Daily 4 draws take place twice a day, midday at 12:20 p.m. and evening at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Texas Daily 3 and Daily 4 draws take place four times a day, Monday through Saturday: 10:00 a.m., 12:27 p.m., 6:00 p.m. and 10:12 p.m. CT.
- Maximum Payout: The maximum payout to any one customer or group/syndicate (of customers acting together who have backed the same number of selections) is: $50,000 on any California, New York, or Texas Lottery draw.
- Lottery bets cannot be combined with other bet types, ie, sports bets.
- Freeplay bonuses are not valid towards the Lottery and cant be used to buy a ticket.
