General Rules:

• If a VIP has no action in 31 days, he’ll be considered an Inactive VIP. This does not mean customers lose status, but no benefits or freebies will be granted until he’s active again.
• Certain withdrawal patterns may restrict certain bonus redemption options, subject to management discretion.
