How to Bet on the Arizona Bowl Odds

BetPhoenix.ag not only offers you the best Arizona Bowl Odds, but we also deliver many helpful tools, like this Arizona Bowl odds guide, that introduces you to all the numerous moneymaking possibilities available when wagering on NCAA College Football Odds, helping you increase your chances of winning.

Arizona Bowl Spreads

Arizona Bowl Point Spreads bets are based on the margin of victory established on an estimated game result.

This is an example of an Arizona Bowl Point Spread, as you would find it listed in BetPhoenix:

Team - Points Spread Odds

Ohio University Bobcats -3

University of Wyoming Cowboys +3

In this case, the 3 points line indicates that the Ohio University Bobcats are favorites to win by a margin above three points against the University of Wyoming Cowboys. On the opposite side, the University of Wyoming Cowboys are the underdog and can lose by a margin of less than three points. These are the likely results of this bet:

· Ohio University Bobcats wins by four or more points: Ohio University Bobcats bettors win

· Ohio University Bobcats wins by precisely 3 points: The wager is settled as a push, and bets are refunded

· Ohio University Bobcats wins by two points or less: University of Wyoming Cowboys bettors win

· University of Wyoming Cowboys win the game: University of Wyoming Cowboys bettors win

Arizona Bowl Moneylines

Arizona Bowl Moneylines are the most straightforward betting option. You pick who you expect to be the outright winner of the game. The negative value indicates the favorite, while the positive value indicates the underdog. Moneylines use a $100 base American odds system, in which larger numbers indicate a stronger favorite or weaker underdog.

This is an example of an Arizona Bowl Moneyline, as you would find it listed in BetPhoenix:

Team - Moneyline

Ohio University Bobcats -155

The University of Wyoming Cowboys +130

In this case, if you bet to win $100 on the Ohio University Bobcats -155, as favorites, you would need to risk $155, while betting $100 on the University of Wyoming Cowboys +130 as an underdog, you would receive $130 if the University of Wyoming Cowboys win the game.

Arizona Bowl Over/Under Totals

The Arizona Bowl Totals bet is based on a projected final score that includes both teams, irrespective of who wins. Arizona Bowl Totals are represented in an Over/Under set, in which you pick if you expect this result to be over or under this estimated line.

This is an example of an Arizona Bowl Over/Under Totals as you would find it listed in BetPhoenix:

Arizona Bowl Totals - Ohio University Bobcats vs. University of Wyoming Cowboys

Total: 43.5

Over odds: -110

Under odds: -110

In this case, to win $100 on either the over or the under -110, you would need to risk $110.

Arizona Bowl Parlays

Arizona Bowl Parlay is a wager type in which two or more bets are linked to form a single wager with a considerably higher payout. However, for the wager to win, all selections must win. You can combine spreads, moneylines, over/under totals, player props, and other wagers. You can also combine favorites and underdogs. The more bets you add to your Arizona Bowl parlay, the odds multiply accordingly in your favor.

Using the example, a two-line Arizona Bowl Parlay could be as follow:

Ohio University Bobcats -3

Arizona Bowl Total: Over 43.5

By combining the University of Ohio University Bobcats -3 and the Arizona Bowl Totals Over 43.5 on a 2-team parlay risking $75, the payout of this parlay would be $198.33, about 2.5 times your bet, instead of risking $100 to bet on each separately.

Arizona Bowl Teasers

Like Parlays, Arizona Bowl Teasers combine separate lines in a single wager, and all your selections need to hit in order to win your wager, but this time you are adjusting or 'teasing' the points in your favor to lower your risk. Moving the lines in your favor allows you to minimize risks, but in contrast to the parlay, you would obtain a smaller payout. Note also that, unlike parlays, a push is a loss on teasers.

Arizona Bowl Teasers often start at 6 points and can reach up to 7 points. The most common is a 2-team 6-point Teaser with a -110 payout, the same as a regular straight wager.

Based on the previous example, if we tease the Ohio University Bobcats Spread -3 and Arizona Bowl Totals Over 43.5, a 2-team 6-point teaser would be as follows:

Ohio University Bobcats: -3 would move the line to +3

Arizona Bowl Over/Under Total: Over 43.5 would move the line to 37.5

The Ohio University Bobcats were originally a 3 points favorite, with a total of 43.5. In a hypothetical case of the Minnesota Golden Gophers winning the game 21-20 (-1/41), the Spread and Over failed to cover the original line but covered and won with the 2-team 6-point Teaser.

Arizona Bowl Prop Bets

College Football prop bets are one of the most exciting and common ways to bet on the outcome of the Arizona Bowl. The most popular Arizona Bowl Prop Bets include many possibilities, like who will have the most rushing yards, the most touchdowns, and who will be named MVP of the game.

A few Arizona Bowl Prop Bets you can bet on include:

Will the team to score first win the game?

Which team will convert more first downs?

Which team will make the longest touchdown pass?

Take the time to check all available props on Betphoenix.ag, and you'll find many options to get more bang for your winning bets.

Arizona Bowl History

The NCAA National Collegiate Athletic Association decided to expand the number of sanctioned postseason College Bowls for 2015, awarding bowls to the city of Tucson, Arizona, the Arizona Bowl, the city of Orlando, Florida, the Cure Bowl, and the city of Austin, Texas, the Austin Bowl. While this last one was ultimately unsuccessful, both the Arizona Bowl and the Cure Bowl were an immediate success.

Thanks to its first naming sponsor, the first official name was the Nova Home Loans Arizona Bowl. It had established tie-ins with the MW Mountain West Conference and the Conference USA, with the SB Sun Belt Conference as a backup in case either of the main tie-ins could not provide eligible participants.

The SB Sun Belt Conference replaced Conference USA as the main tie-in in 2016, taking their fifth-seed team. This original arrangement lasted until 2019 when a new arrangement gave the main tie-ins to the MW Mountain West and MAC Mid-American Conference through 2025.
