HOW TO REFER YOUR FRIENDS

1. Recommend a friend. When your friend opens an account with BetPhoenix, he/she must mention your full name or account number.
2. BetPhoenix will award the applicable bonus three days after your friend places his/her first wager.

Terms and Restrictions:

• Referred accounts must make an initial deposit of at least $200.
• Referrers will receive a 75% bonus, up to $750, of their friend's first deposits placed in their account.
• The 75% referral bonus will carry a 5x Rollover and is capped at $750.
• A valid ID will be required.
• The referrer must have documentation on file before a referral can be made.
• The referrer must have real money action within the last two weeks to qualify.
• The referrer must request the referral bonus within 72 hours of the time of the referee's initial deposit.
• Only one account is valid per household and IP address. Each account must reside at a different address.
